When I went to try out the model in the store, what impressed me the most besides its beautiful design and small size was its ease of folding and unfolding.
Moreover, I was like most of you reading this page,
100% new to strollers.
In two tries, voila, it was done.
I knew how to fold and unfold the stroller with one hand.
I didn’t even need to try out the other strollers, I was convinced by the YOYO.
Here I am showing you how to fold the YOYO stroller.

What are the steps
to fold the YOYO stroller ?
For those of you who would like a detailed explanation of the different steps to fold the YOYO stroller, here are some photos of these 3 steps. We will use the YOYO 2 model and the 6+ pack, which is the pack you will use the longest.

Here is the initial state of the YOYO stroller before starting the folding process.
Folding the canopy
To begin, fold the canopy of the YOYO stroller.
Folding the handlebar
Next, fold the handlebar of the stroller using the two press buttons simultaneously.
Folding the YOYO frame
Finally, fold the YOYO with one hand by using the red button located under the baby seat.
Once the button is pressed, all you have to do is lift the YOYO and you’re done.
How to close
the YOYO stroller with accessories ?
The YOYO stroller is highly customizable and adaptable to your needs with its numerous accessories offered by the Babyzen brand.
However, some accessories, once installed, may obstruct the closure of the stroller.
Here is the list of accessories that allow you to close the stroller without removing them:

Accessories Not Allowing You to Close the YOYO Stroller
Here is the list of accessories that, once installed, will not allow you to close the YOYO stroller properly.
Fortunately, the Babyzen brand allows you to quickly remove the accessory before folding the stroller.
Everything is easier with a YOYO.
- YOYO Bassinet (You must unclip the bassinet and then fold the chassis)
- YOYO Board (The board can still be folded)
- YOYO Parasol (You risk damaging the umbrella. It is very easy to remove, like folding an umbrella)
- YOYO Car Seat (A car seat cannot be folded, so you must remove it beforehand)
- YOYO Connect (Just like a standard chassis, the Connect folds very easily, but you cannot fold both at once)
- YOYO Bag (If the bag is full, it will be difficult to fold it with the stroller. It’s like trying to add your backpack to a folded stroller)
- YOYO Rain Cover (From my experience, it is possible to close the stroller with it, but I recommend removing it beforehand)
- YOYO Mosquito Net (Same advice applies; it is possible to close the stroller with the mosquito net, but for practicality, I recommend removing it).
How to Unfold the YOYO Stroller?
I find that unfolding the YOYO stroller is even easier than folding it.
YES YES, it’s possible.
Literally with one hand, you can unfold the YOYO.
You just need to lift and hold it from the folded handlebar, and voila, the stroller will unfold.
